Bushed Families – their stories.

Each year BushED provides a range of support to families across remote and isolated regions of Australia. These support services include

Tutors for on property education support
On Farm volunteers
Music Lessons
Financial Assistance
Online Tutoring
Parental Support through our Mothers In Arms Buddy program

These are some of the messages of thanks from these families to BushED and you our supporters for your help in their own words.

I am grateful for the funding I have received in helping us be able to travel 6 hrs to attend school camp where my children get to interact with other bush kids. I look forward next year getting on farm help with a volunteer tutor to give assistance in the schoolroom.

BushED is an amazing service helping bridge the gap between city and country kids.

This kind of service plays an important role in helping us bush mum’s in teaching our kids, and my family is ever so grateful we have a service like BushEd

I would like to take opportunity to thank BushED for the financial assistance for us to travel to school of Dis Ed in Charters Towers  outreach camp where my kids got to mix with their peers and spend quality time with their teacher.

Also having on farm help with retired teachers who volunteer there time in the schoolroom is amazing assistance in our busy schoolroom giving their knowledge and myself having a break to do other chores   Thank you BushED ,it is a wonderful organisation, keep up the good work.
